K-Wired, LLC offers website rental services on a subscription basis. When subscribing, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use a hosted website for the duration of your active subscription.
To initiate a subscription, you will be required to provide information such as:

Billing address

You confirm that you have the legal right to use the provided payment method and that all information submitted is true and accurate.
We may use third-party services to facilitate payments. By submitting your information, you authorize us to share it with these third parties under our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel subscriptions for reasons including, but not limited to:
Website availability
Pricing or description errors
Suspected fraud or illegal activity

You will not be charged until the trial period ends, at which time regular billing will begin unless you cancel beforehand.
We may cancel or change the terms of a free trial without notice.
We may adjust subscription pricing at any time. Changes take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle.
You will receive reasonable notice of any fee changes. Continued use after a fee change constitutes your agreement to the new fee.
Refunds are issued within 3 days of the original purchase.
You may post or upload content to your rented website. You retain ownership but grant us a license to use the content for operating the website.
You agree that:
Your content is either owned by you or legally usable
It does not infringe on any rights or laws
We may remove or edit content at our discretion.
All non-user-generated content is the property of K-Wired, LLC. Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.
You agree not to use the Service:
For unlawful purposes
To harm minors
To impersonate others
To spam or phish
To breach others’ rights
Additionally, you may not:
Overload or interfere with Service operations
Use bots or scrapers
Upload malicious software
Attempt unauthorized access
Engage in denial-of-service attacks
Service is only available to users 18 years or older. If you're under 18, you are not permitted to use the Service.
You must provide accurate, up-to-date information. You’re responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our discretion.
All Service content (excluding your content) is the property of K-Wired, LLC or its licensors. You acknowledge you're renting, not owning, the website.
If you believe copyrighted content is on our Service, email info@k-wired.com with the subject “Copyright Infringement” and a detailed report.
False claims may subject you to legal action.
